My name is Lydia. I am the youngest of four children in my family, growing up in the Perth Hills.
My mum first introduced my siblings and I to Kinesiology as children. She was aware of how gentle, yet effective it was to help us with our school stressors.
After taking a gap year to travel and to do volunteering in places like East Timor and Ecuador, I completed a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Child and Family Services. Working with families and children facing hardship and trauma, I realised I wanted to help people in a different more holistic way, so I embarked on my 3 year Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology.
Kinesiology is an inclusive therapy and so being able to work with people who have suffered emotional or physical pain is another one of my passions. I realize how much kinesiology can help the bodies’ innate ability to heal.
I have done extensive research into fertility and woman’s hormonal conditions. It gives me great satisfaction being able to help these women.
Using Kinesiology, the body is reminded of its optimal functioning and begins working to restore its natural balance.
I look forward to meeting you in my clinic and if you would like to call and talk to me, I am happy to chat.
My Mission: To help people achieve health and wholeness – emotionally and physically – so they can develop their potential and fully experience life.
